This project involves alterations and additions to an existing dwelling, designed to improve functionality, natural light, and connection to outdoor spaces.

The scope includes minor demolition works and a reconfiguration of the ground floor to create a more open and cohesive layout. Key changes include the expansion of the main bedroom, an enlarged second bedroom, and the introduction of an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. A new side entrance and internal hallway improve circulation through the home.

The design also extends the home’s relationship with the outdoors through new and expanded decks and terraces, along with updated windows and doors to enhance light and ventilation.

A new double carport and driveway are integrated into the design to sit comfortably alongside the existing house, completing a thoughtful and balanced transformation.
